When I increase reputation in-game, it works and it shows it's at the specific level, however the problem is that i haven't received any of the items you get when reach a certain rep level, good/ excellent / max for each, supposed to receive items in ship crate, ive restarting game with set lvl to see if i would receive the items, but it doesn't work

Hey @ocean torrent I'm very sorry for the late response it appears you got buried, I have reached out to the team about this and our testers have mentioned that you need to set your rep to a level before you get the rewards then do missions that increase/boost your rep enough to get the reward
