in your screenshot, it looks like the trainer for Epic is selected. try to switch to Steam

if you haven't already, launch the game on Steam first and wait until you can move in the game before you click Play on WeMod.

the game hasn't updated since 2018. can you check the mod settings? make sure the game source is steam then the latest mods must be selected.
