yes, platform is pc not receiving the points everything else works confused lol

aight got it, from what I've learned, there is a limit to how many skill points you can accumulate, likely 300 points.

I'm afraid so, until you unlock (New Game Plus) the unlimited ability points work, but only up to a certain point in the game. If you want to get more ability points, you have to play the game in New Game+, where unlimited points mod is triggered.
