Unlimited health and stamina both definitely don't work
Unlimited neuromods doesn't add neuromods
Unlimited ammo seems to just prevent a gun's ammo counter from updating, rather than actually providing unlimited ammo

Did you try opening the game by pressing the play button in the app? I encountered a similar issue with certain games. If I opened the game and then pressed the play button, it wouldn’t work.

sorry for the late reply. have you tried to verify the game files? if not, please do so then try to launch the game on Steam first before clicking Play on WeMod.
