Hello I want to request a refund of subscription since i only needed the free trial may i know who i must contact? I dont really know what to do
I got billed for the yearly subscription which i didnt want
and didnt have an option to cancel the subscription on my wemod desktop app or billing details, so i assumed it was already cancelled until i saw my transaction history

I want to cancel the yearly subscription. I havent used the trainer since the free trial ended. I also only used the pro feature once anyway. I do NOT want a yearly subscription that costs literally all the money I have for october($100 SGD)

Man I actually just lost access to that account cuz it wasn't connected to an email. Now I know why I couldn't cancel it. I was logging in to the wrong account when I tried to cancel it. Hell I couldn't even log in to cancel the pro account. What a scam. I was thinking this whole time my pro account was actually linked to an email account. How do y'all allow for this to happen? How can a pro subscription take place when its not connected to an email???
