Cant remove my paypal account

So i recently activated a subscription for free by using my paypal account, but unfortunately i cant remove it from my account or there isnt any option to do that. can someone help me.

Once you cancel the subscription and its over it should give you an option to remove it, If you are completely unsure if it will you can email [e-mail] and they can assist you further.
