Hello. I'm long time subscriber to WeMod and I found myself in big dilema recently. Subscription cycle is comming to a close and I cant find reasonable motivation to renew my subscription for further time. During last cycle I purchased game I've been saving for a while only to come to realization that WeMod haven't updated this games mods in a while. Naturally I attempted to obtain more information in comment section under that games mode page. I was told that game mods are being updated to latest version based on business model that works for WeMod and mostly on games popularity. I've tried to explain to moderator that this games popularity is dependent on mods functionality also. Unfortunately he kept insisting that unless games popularity changes in overall rate no mod update is going to be released. This regretfully convinced me to cancel my subscription to WeMod as I was forced to refund games purchase. I understand that load of games and work on regular updates can be time-consuming. Never the less reaction of moderator who claimed that mods for game I like aren't worth to update threw me into sadness. I must admit that I was very satisfied with WeMod until this moment. I was asked by multiple people about my opinion regarding WeMod support and Its attitude towards its long term subscribers recently and I was compelled to mention this situation. Needless to say they decided not to subscribe as even I was going to cancel my subscription. I realize that this message may fall under feedback section more however I post it here looking for some official statement from developers. In order to avoid any chance of this falling onto deaf ears I will be posting this on all social media platforms and regularly provide updates on reply situation.
