Dark Souls 3: Can't use armor or weapons

Hello,
I've got a question about Dark Souls 3, if anyone can assist? When using Wemod in DS3, It doesn't allow me to use any other weapons, armor or items that I've collected, even though I am well beyond the levels required in order to use them due to the use of Wemod. Has this happened to anyone else while using Wemod?
