regarding the crew 2

So, as the crew 2 was previously a multiplayer game there was no possibility of getting mods to work. But now that the servers have officially shut down and are being opened to single player only gameplay. Would mods be a possibility for the game in single player?

I had searched it up originally when the game was purely multiplayer and a forum came up of someone listing a good list of ideas of mods that could be added.

Some of these would be a great addition to the mods that could already be a potential. Personally I just wanna drive cars and not work for some hard to get ones
