Dear WeMod Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently signed up for a 3-day trial of your service. Unfortunately, after the trial period ended, I was charged $54.42 for an annual subscription, which I did not intend to purchase.
I was unaware that the trial would automatically convert into a year-long subscription, and I did not receive any clear instructions on how to cancel the trial before being charged.
I kindly request a refund for this charge, as it was not my intention to subscribe for the entire year. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I need to take to resolve this issue.
