Feedback to new Interface

Well, i really do enjoy the new side bar and stuff, it looks awesome and pretty comfortable to use, much more so then before. However, i do have a complain, specifically a big empty space to the right of the screen on the games that don't have game maps, guides and etc. As far as i'm aware it's known already, but i'm gonna write it anyway in hope that it'll be eventually switched with something else, replaced, fixed or whatever. Also, some games icons look really ugly on said sidebar in half screen mode, sometimes icons doesn't display properly as you can see in my screenshot, crusader kings 3 is an example of that. I'm pretty sure low resolution of is fault on game developers end, but the issue with wrong crusader kings 3 icon, is likely not since it's steam owned vanilla game. Either way, awesome update.

I agree the sidebar doesn't look good when using a trainer cause all the icons of games are there taking up space while using a trainer and potentially misclicking them. It would be cool to have an option where we could show/no show the list while using trainers depending on others' preference. Overall it looks good but I don't mind the old one or this one.

Ah, thanks for calling these out (and for the screenshots). We are aware of a known issue with icon resolutions on certain games and are looking into it 🙌 Appreciate the help with testing it out.

And yes, the empty space issue is also something someone else has mentioned before but I'll pass this on to the team too 👌

Oh, interesting - just so I understand you correctly - are you referring to misclicking on the game icons on the sidebar while using mods? And following up from that, you're talking about fully hiding the sidebar?

Yes I am referring to misclicking on the game icons on the sidebar while using mods. Yes on fully hiding the sidebar when using a trainer or you could just have it where when using a trainer the sidebar is more condensed instead

Or adding options in the settings for side bar works too

Also maybe it's just me but having this at the bottom left felt a chore to click whenever I want to click settings or anything there, I like it better at the top right.

Ah, I'm curious to hear more about this. Do you find yourself having to go to the app settings often? Generally speaking, most users don't do that as often.

I usually don't but if I do I would have to open the sidebar then click it

I don't like the new layout at all. The permanent icons on the edge are annoying. Before, when playing, it was very clear and tidy, and only the mod for one game was visible. Now it's colorful and everything. 😫
An option that allows you to completely hide the icons when playing would be good.
