Hey there. WeMod should not be opening itself once you close it fully. Make sure it's fully closed using Task Manager.
Also, if you're a Pro member and have the WeMod Overlay installed, you will need to remove it as a widget from the Xbox Game Bar

If you were a Pro member and had the WeMod Overlay installed, closing it via Task Manager will cause the Overlay to keep opening. You need to remove the widget from the Xbox Game Bar
