The game now crashes as soon as you take your first action in battles if ANY options in the mod are active. How do we get an update for the 1.12 update?

yes, until I go into any battle, the moment I attack, boom crash to desktop
it happens with no mods, any mod, and only that game
considering it's been updated 0 times and the game has been updated at least 12 times now, i'm thinking there might be a coincidence there

The game was last tested last month on the 26th and both testers were not able to replicate the crashes, Have you tried verifying your game files or reinstalling the game since last time we spoke?

twice, i've even tried my laptop to make sure it wasn't my desktop. I even tried re-installing Windows in case something was funky there, I also tried 3 versions of windows (7 10 11) to see if that would help.
I thought trying it in a VM might help, nope

didn't immediately crash so thats progress

the game has a mechanic in it where you can dive into your items to level them up
the whole thing is a huge micromanagment thing
Normal missions work fine, cutscenes work fine, with the earliest build, they do not with the most recent
item world is where both crash

Honestly, I'm just trying to rule out a bugged save. I'll send it to the testers again and confirm if any of them have reached the item world.

Hey neo, just heard back from the testers and even with your game saves they have not been able to replicate the crashes. Unfortunately this sounds like it’s going to be isolated to your PC causing the problems.
