HI if i play a game that is on both pc and xbox using wemod on my pc to get lets say lots of money, save the game and then load that game to continue playing on my xbox would the money etc carry over and is it safe or would it likely get my xbox account banned?

If it is a cloud save then the things you added using the mod will be carried over (ex. money, skill points etc) Haven't heard of any bans. I suggest playing in single player mode only.
