Ok, so, I just went through the general features for the game to test it, and one feature is not what it's supposed to be.
Unlimited Tears Range is in fact altering the attribute for Shot Speed, which is, who could've guessed, not the same as Range.
Shot Speed: 0x13AC <<< Currently Set.
Range: 0x13C8 <<< Required To Be Set.
If it's due to the fact that I'm playing with the DLCs and that the trainer is not supporting them then feel free to correct me here, couldn't find any information regarding that..
The Binding of Isaac - Rebirth "Bug"
Further more, the Unlimited Health feature is only working while one has Red Hearts / Red Heart Containers.
Given the fact that some characters do not have them, but instead use Soul Hearts for example, that feature is only targeting 1/2 or 2/3 of all playable characters.
