If that doesnt work, please try adding exclusions for these two folders in your antivirus:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Hi, please try the following and see if it makes a difference.

• Initiate the Run dialog on your PC by using the keyboard shortcut WIN + R.
• You should see a window will appear.
• In this window, enter "appdata" and click the "OK" button.
• Then verify the presence of a folder labeled "Squirreltemp" within the "appdata > local" directory.
• If you do locate a folder named "Squirreltemp" kindly proceed to delete it.
• Make sure that you only remove the "Squirreltemp" folder and avoid deleting any other files or directories.
  Restart your PC
  Now, proceed to reinstall WeMod.

This is likely due to insufficient permissions. Please check your folder permissions. Can you manually delete C:\Users\Drefu\AppData\Local\Temp\
