Hey Nathan, please don’t make multiple tickets and just include your questions or concerns on one.
As for the time limit, it’s 2 hours a day and it resets at midnight(your time).
For all account related issues please email support@wemod.com and just include all your questions in one email.

Since my old account got hacked and I can’t log in if I changed my card will I still get billed?
If your old wemod account got hacked you will need to include that in your email to support. They will be able to handle this.
If you cancelled your old card then it probably won’t work but you should include it in your email regardless in case
