Did you purchase your pro then cancel it right away?

Did at any point your membership start?
Did you sign out at any point after that?
At any point did that tag say you were pro?
Yes
I used the pro features lol
After I cancelled it it dissapeared
the Pro
and it went to "Go Pro"
while I got charged
I’m very sorry that happened to you, I have notified the team of this issue so once they see your email they will know what’s going on and will respond with questions they need answered. In the meantime time keep an eye on your bank and see if the funds get returned at all.
