I have just now tried a solution from this forum post:

The app keeps flickering

I just recently had to reinstall the app due to an issue with my previous version (accidently forced closed during an update and then it would no longer open). The most recent application keeps flickering every few seconds and i’m unsure why (it goes completely black and then returns).

I dont know why it says McAfee is installed, I don't have this and have never had Mcafee.
