Do the Raft Hacks work in multiplayer?

I would love to test this out myself, but I currently don't have the game but am thinking about getting it very soon with a friend. I've told them about the long waiting times between progression at times and told them about WeMod as well. We're not looking forward to actually buying it until we're sure of this, and hoping that WeMod could help us both in Multiplayer
