Some people have mentioned to try disconnecting from the internet entirely

If you're connected to Wi-Fi, you can temporarily turn off the Wi-Fi in your Windows settings app

If you're connected to ethernet, you'll need to temporarily disable your ethernet driver by going into Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Centre > Change adapter settings, then right-clicking your Ethernet driver and clicking Disable
