If you mean for the Xbox console, then unfortunately, you're out of luck. WeMod is for PC gaming only

If playing a cross gen Xbox game you can use WeMod on PC. If that hame has a supported trainer. Some do, WarTales, No Man’s Sky, RobinHood. Just need them downloaded on PC that can run them for a few minutes to tweak your save, then reload that save on Xbox with the extras you gave yourself. The Mods themselves will not carry over and continue to work. But any thing you added like XP, Money, Skill points will be there to use.
