I have a question and/or request why is it like this? Or more accurately can you explain why you don’t update the same game for both platforms at same time?

Not all platforms release their updates simultaneously. For example, Xbox updates are usually released a week later. We review trainers that are receiving complaints after an update.

I remembered that once you said it so my apologies nevertheless I find it odd that deep rock for Xbox was forgotten and Steam still updated but you are correct so I apologize
