When i enter the blue ribbon in bioshock infinite, the restaurant where you collect your rewards such as gears and infusions, i am required to use every item they give me before moving forward. After only using one infusion, it gives me the maximum level and I am unable to use the other 2 that remain in order to proceed. I dont know how i can move to the next level.

Have you tried loading a save without wemod on? Or are you using another trainer aside from wemod?
