One-Hit Kills cheat is not only affecting enemies but allies as well causing them to die instantly. Is that something that can be fixed?

No, I'm only using them in story mode without other mods

Got it, if you haven't already, please verify your game integrity files on Steam. Then, launch the game first. Once it has finished loading, switch to WeMod and hit Play. Also, restart WeMod, close the WeMod app entirely (make sure it's not running in the background, completely close it) and then reopen it. See if this made any changes.

I did the file integrity check the first day I bought it as I was having issues with DLC showing up. And I fully restart WeMod before I use it each day due to previous startup issues I've personally had.

Got something from the testing team. Apparently, they cannot replicate the issue despite testing it extensively, as the mentioned mods are working on their end.
The only thing I can suggest is to try it with a new game save or activate the mod in the main menu. Then try to link your game exe in WeMod. https://support.wemod.com/docs/why-cant-wemod-find-my-installed-game
