Why does my wemod do this when downloaded?

Everytime I download the wemod client it does this over and over and I don't know what is the cause to it

If you haven't already have you tried a clean install? Delete these folders from your PC.

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

After that, uninstall the program, restart your PC, and try downloading it again. After reinstalling, add these folders to your antivirus exclusions.
Also, initiate a Windows update to ensure you have the most recent version and updated drivers.

Strange, but it could be a corrupted/missing OS file, as one of our users figured it out. Even though it is from the previous app version, it might give you insight. Here is a thread that has found a solution on their end. Hope it helps in some way.
