#Discussion feedback

So this is something I’ve come across twice now while using WeMod. Certain trainers - in this case Hades and Crashlands - have had requests made in the discussions, sometimes going back years. In Hades' case, I can understand no changes being made, given the need to create an entirely new mod for unlimited resources, though any kind of response would be nice. In the case of Crashlands, however, the lack of communication doesn't make too much sense, since the biggest request is to change a number in order to make the existing mods work as advertised. There have been bug fixes for the game since the request(s), but mods not working as advertised seems important. Is there any way to know if a mod creator has at least seen feedback in a discussion thread? It just feels like the discussions have no point in terms of feedback if they don't get acknowledged.

Yeah, the same happened to frostpunk. Years of people reporting bugs and still no answer

This is one reason some are hesitant to subscribe.

Yeah. I get that there’s only so many mod creators to go around, but a paid product should be held to a higher standard, at least in my opinion. Similarly, not every feature each person requests can be implemented, and that’s fine. It’s just that whatever features do get implemented should work as advertised - or at least have a note indicating that they work differently - and I don’t think feedback/requests should go years without any indication they’ve been heard.

Definitely reconsidering my subscription when the renewal date comes up.
