hey im having trouble with fallout for i can load and play the game no problem but the moment i try and activate wemod it crashes

ya once every blue moon but just about every time when it is up and running\

Gotcha. Hmm If you haven't already, please try adding exclusions for these two folders in your antivirus software:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
