No it give me the same amount of money but in pelts but when I sell the pelts it disappears

Can you try linking your game to the steam version and see if it works?

Manually add your game to the steam trainer, Find the games .exe (application) and use that on the "Add game manually" tab. You can find it by clicking the drop down arrow beside add game.
