Running FFX on Steam. I follow the instructions but the game is still crashing/freezing during cutscenes while mods are on. The mods are otherwise functional so they may just need an update. If there is another work around that would be helpful as well.

Gotcha! Can you ensure that you are using the most recent trainer version, which you can check by going to the Mods version under Mod settings.

try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Local Files tab. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps.

Was able to verify integrity. All files were good. Going to try to run and will let you know how it goes

Think I got it working. May be more of an issue with the actual game than the mods. Had to drop quality at launch screen settings to lowest possible and switch it to windowed mode. It’s less than ideal but it’s getting me through the previous freeze points

It’s all wild cause my setup is brand new and fairly high quality so surprising that resolution was an issue at all

Understood! It sounds like adjusting settings, particularly resolution and FPS, is crucial when playing older games. I had the same issue before when I played devil may cry 4(steam) lol
