Okay, I see your issue. Here's what you need to do. Give me a moment while I write out some instructions.

Firstly, close the game.

In your Steam library, right-click the game and click Properties
Click Installed Files, then click the Browse... button
Rename the EXISTING BrawlhallaEAC.exe file that is already in that folder to BrawlhallaEACbackup.exe
Drag & drop the DOWNLOADED BrawlhallaEAC.exe file into the game directory

After that, send me a screenshot of the game directory so I can verify the bypass has been installed correctly 🙂

Okay, so... if you refresh that folder by clicking the circle-arrow icon (or by pressing F5 on your keyboard), does it look like this?

The file that's 3409 KB in size should be the one with 'backup' in the name, and the one that's 120 KB in size should be the one without backup in the name

Once it looks like that, launch the game either through WeMod or through Steam (then click Play in WeMod)

Okay, so that's correct. In that case, usually if that error pops up, it's due to the antivirus. Try adding that bypass file as an exception to your antivirus, as well as the WeMod folders listed here

Your antivirus software may be interfering with WeMod. Try whitelisting or adding any exception for these two folders:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Interesting. Might not be a problem though, so long as you have added the bypass file as an exception to your antivirus as well

Close the Game and WeMod: Ensure both your game and WeMod are closed.
Locate the Trainers Folder: Navigate to the trainers folder on your computer.
Copy the File: Place the provided file into the trainers folder.
Replace Duplicate File: If prompted about a duplicate file, replace it with the new one.
Start the Game: Launch your game and load into the main menu.
Activate WeMod: Tab out of the game, open WeMod, and click 'Play'.
Return to the Game: Once WeMod indicates the trainer is playing, return to the game and test the mods.
