The card I used has insufficient funds anyways so what happens next? Can I cancel because I never-intended to pay the $70 and either way my card doesn’t have enough.

Go under your billing tab and make sure it says "resume" and not cancel.
In the mean time you can also email support@wemod.com so they can make sure it doesn't get processed.
