so, every cheat for said game works, safe for the recover troop size cheat.
it used to work in the past, but just stopped working and never came back.
i have reinstalled the game since then, and still it doesn't work.
i have verified my files and that doesn't help either.

yes it does, i really don't know what more to say about it

because in the past the cheat wouldn't "activate" until i moved said army, after i did that every army would be replenished

i just had a battle with my fleet with mass casualties and lost nothing
