Have you clicked the Play button in the top-right corner?

Yes I pressed the Play button and nothing. My energy depletes.

As I was playing, I tried to see if I could minimize the game and then try to select turning the mod on, but it wouldn't let me minimize it either. I have the last version of the mods.

I just seen this too. So maybe is it not working?

The Save mods just saves the selection of mods you enabled, so they start enabled the next time you start the trainer

After clicking play, have you turned on any of the mods using the keybinds? For example, the energy one. You turned that on, and that's still depleting your energy?
