The only .exe you need to worry about is the installer.

Yeah, So go ahead and start your game then once its started you can tab out and click play on the app.

Or you can try to start the game with the app, I personally always start my games first unless there are special instructions which will be listed under a read before playing tab.

No, The three day trial is for the yearly plan. Aslong as you cancel before its over the charge wont go through.

Elden ring said “inappropriate activity detected” and it started in offline mode which I’m fine with but it’s kinda weird

It will be under the billing tab of My Account
You can find in on the settings tab of the app
Once the trial is over after you have cancelled it then you can switch to monthly.

If so, then it is cancelled and you'll need to wait for the trial to end
Once the trial has ended, you can subscribe to Monthly, if you so choose 🙂
