Hi. Uncharted 4 does not seem to load mods even though when I played it last month it loaded. It's just stuck at the loading mods state and never progress to loaded. This is a steam game

Your antivirus software may be interfering with WeMod. Try whitelisting or adding any exception for these two folders:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Yes, delete those two folder paths and then uninstall and restart the pc
