Thanks for providing the issue! Try these steps as we need to force close the WeMod App.
- Close WeMod and launch task manager.
- If you haven’t already, expand the task manager window by clicking
More Details - Scroll down to the heading labelled
Background Processes - Search for all instances of WeMod under this Background Procecesses header. Right-click them and choose
End Task - When WeMod is no longer shown, close task manager and re-launch WeMod again.
If that doesn’t work, you might need to uninstall the WeMod App via Control Panel and install it by using this link : [https://api.wemod.com/client/download ]

I was trying to reinstall it that's when I get the blue screen when I click on the setup file
Understood. Do you happen to remember the most recent version of the WeMod App before you re-installed it?
I believe it was 9.3 I'm doing this for my wife's computer
I can't even get it installed I get the blue screen when I click on the downloaded file
Have you tried to restart your PC? And can you also check if you are on the latest windows version?
