everytime i enter in the app and choose a game it has a random old cheat open and i have to manually change to the latest could y'all tell me how to fix this or if this is a issue with y'all could y'all fix it ?

it happened with watch dogs yesterday when i was playing it
i keep all my games up to date so i doubt it was because of the game version
just went to check and it also happened with watch dogs 2
