#Updated UI is a step back

Just updated my WeMod app and the new UI looks...ugly. It feels like it's taken a step backwards in design, looks worse with the pro ads shoehorned in everywhere and it's more difficult to see when not using it in fullscreen mode. Also not being able to go straight to the forum for each game specifically is quite irritating.

Having an option to revert to the previous UI or being able to choose it (as a standard feature) would be ideal.

Hey @naive inlet , you should still have the option to go directly to the forum for each game if you scroll down below the mod list. It's the button titled "Discussion". As for the rest - if you could share any usability issues you're facing with the New UI - I can chat with the team about them.

I agree the new UI is awful. you shouldn't have to scroll down through an entire list just to go to the discussions. I think the face that that space is now just nothing but a Pro add is ugly and frankly i dont see the benefit to getting pro since you et rid of the vote tokens.

I love the new UI

# trail mason I think the dead space would be better used like before for the mod creator and ...

I see. I won't go into the details but we have plans for that space so please bear with us for the time being. I'd also give the new UI some time to see how you feel about it. Change can always be a little challenging in apps we use a lot, I totally get that – but we aren't just changing things for the sake of it – all of this work that goes into a change like this is usually for very good reason, some of which may not be immediately obvious. Sure, there are certain subjective and intuite decisions that go into it - but it's largely driven by us wanting to make using WeMod a better experience for people like you. I understand that this might not be what you wanted to hear, but I hope it gives you a little context about the redesign.
