Hi! Your antivirus software may be interfering with WeMod. Try whitelisting or adding any exception for these two folders:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

What is your antivirus and what happened after you added the wemod files to the exception? Did it give the same error?

I use AVG ANTIVIRUS, and yeah it give the same error

do you have firewall on? can you try to temporarily disable it and see if you can launch the mods after that?

Press the windows key on your keyboard then type "Firewall" on the search bar. You should see something that says Firewall & Network Protection. You can then turn it off from there.

i have the same problem but i don't want to switch off my fire wall what other options are there

You shouldn't have to turn off your firewall, Adding wemod as an exception should be enough, Likely there is something you are either missing or being blocked by your network.

have checked everything so far yesterday everything still worked wonderfully but now nothing works anymore at least with assasins creed odysey

when i started wemod it suggested to download the new version i clicked on install later and now i have the problem i uninstalled wemod completely and reinstalled it but the problem still occurs
