#Got charged twice for WeMod premium

On Sunday (28th of April) I signed up for WeMod premium expecting the free trial. Instead it instantly charged me. Althrough I was kind of disappointed I didn't really mind in the end since I was already planning on getting the yearly version of the app.

Just today, I got charged again for the premium version. Having another $83.99 taken is more than just a slight disappointment. Is there a way I can get this fixed?

Hey there. The first payment is likely the pre-authorisation charge to verify the card is legitimate. This will be refunded back to you.

The second payment will be the actual payment for the yearly Pro subscription as the Pro trial has ended

oooh okay now that is an answer that does clear it up, I thought I was accidently double charged. Do you know how long the refund would usually take?
