Online achievements

Hello, I am a user of Xbox’s and I just wanted to make my old account from Xbox 360 fat to make it look „older” so you know unlock achievements online and there is possible that I will get banned or something like that? I will do it if I can in a way they should be unlocked.
I will be grateful is someone will respond.
