Have you tried launching the game first and waiting until you can move freely within the game world, and then opening the mods by clicking PLAY?

That is exactly what I did with the mod.
Could it be caused by a new game update? the mod can't manipulate the data anymore?

The trainer was updated on April 10th. To ensure you're using the latest version, simply click on the History tab and select the most recent update of the trainer.

Can you try to Verify integrity Files by right-clicking on the game and click Properties. Click on the Local Files tab. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Then force quit/close the WeMod App then re-launch the apps and check if issue persists.
