#Installation has failed

Tried uninstall app after deleting files from C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod & C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
Now just got WeMod-Setup-638495842543522019.exe instal has failed again and again. I can't open the Setup log to check.

When I delete something, I use revo uninstaller and it also removes every entry from the registry
