Hey there. Do you have Set Movement Speed set to 0? If so, you'll need to increase it to above 0

Did you increase it by clicking the + button, or did you increase it using the keybinds?

If you clicked the + (plus) button to increase the movement speed, you also need to click the Set button

Other than that, are you over encumbered? If so, you need to also turn on Infinite Max Weight

Did you click the Set button after setting your movement speed?

If you did, maybe try setting your movement speed to something lower. Try 1 (basic movement speed) to start off with. If you can move then, try increasing it slowly
