I created a valheim server on my Ubuntu server. Got a friend that utilizes wemod which takes the fun out of the game and has caused me to lose interest in the game a couple times before. Can I configure my server to block wemod?

It is not possible to prevent WeMod or any other mods in multiplayer servers. The only thing I can recommend is kick and ban them from the server if you catch them doing it.
