Do a clean install, delete these folders
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WeMod
and
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Then, uninstall the program, restart your PC, and attempt to download it again..

Do a disk clean up as well before you restart.
