In this case, it might be the anti-virus preventing WeMod from seeing the game being open

Your antivirus software may be interfering with WeMod. Try whitelisting or adding any exception for these two folders:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Unless you can search Google and find out how to add an exclusion to Trellix, we cannot rule out that's causing the issue

Have you tried clicking Play after WeMod has launched the game?
Have you also tried launching it through WeMod while the game isn't already running?
