Some mods work, others don't. I believe there was an update to the game yesterday. not sure

I see. I believe this trainer was updated a few days ago. Are you currently using the latest version?
You can verify this under the history tab. If you are using the newest version and have your game updated, it still does this. Please try using the previous version instead and see if it persists.

No Man's Sky Cheats and Trainer for Steam

The Easy Craft mod is incorrectly granting you the sentinel pet. Got it repeatedly on brand new games. You are not supposed to get that pet until much later as part of a quest. Other mods not working at all.
