Hi, I tried 2 times to pay and get pro but I didn't get it and my money was gone. 1 time yearly and 1 time monthly. Can I get some help pls

PayPal is likely holding the funds, If the transaction is pending or held then they are holding the funds and are likely to be returned shortly.

so that's mean I could not get a subscription with PayPal

If you don’t see the funds back within an hour email support@wemod.com

When they do get returned try using your card directly on the app or paying through your phone on PayPal mobile.
